Ordet Terapi kommer från grekiskans therapéya. Det kan översättas som helande, i meningen att göra något helt som är trasigt. Det kan också tolkas som behandling - av människor som behöver hjälp.
Utifrån ett holistiskt perspektiv, ett helhetsperspektiv, där allt ingår, kropp, känslor, själ och medvetande (ego), får du hjälp att hitta rätt.
Kanske känner du sorg, rädsla eller stress? Kanske har du fysisk smärta och upplever att den medicinska vetenskapen inte fullt ut tillfredsställer dig?
Kanske är du orolig och pressad över att klara både kraven på jobbet och hemma? Kanske har du problem med din relation?
Det är inte hopplöst. Du behöver inte ge upp.
Du behandlas steg för steg genom samtal och energimassage. En behandling tar normalt en och en halv timme - beroende på vad det är. Med behandlingen kommer förslag på kost och örtmediciner.
Terapi i grupp finns också.
Vem är jag? Jag är idag forskare och universitetslärare med många olika slags yrken och erfarenheter bakom mig. Jag är en bra lyssnare. Jag förstår dig. Jag är utbildad terapeut med erfarenhet.

The origin of the word therapy is found in Greek therapéya. It may be translated as healing, in the sense of making whole what is broken. It may be interpreted as treatment - of human beings in need of help.
From a holostic perspective, where everything is included of body, soul, emotions and mind (ego), you will get help to find the right way.
Maybe you feel sorrow, fear or stress? Perhaps you experience physical pain and medical science is not able to help you in a satisfying manner? Maybe are you worried and under preasure from demands at work as well as at home? Or perhaps you have problems with you relationship(s)?
It is not hopeless. You do not need to give up.
You will be treated step by step through spoken therapy and energetic massage.
A treatment normally takes one and a half hour - depending on what it is. With the treatment comes suggestions of diet and plant based medicines.
There is also group therapy.
Who am I?
Today I am a researcher and university lecturer. I have had many different professions and experiences in my life. I am a good listener. I understand you. And I am also a trained therapist with experience.
I do this work because I can and wish to help you. The first treatment you pay me nothing. After that the following applies: Due to my expenses I need to charge clients. Rekommended prize for adults: 950 SEK/one treatment; reduced fee for multiple treatments.
I treat clients in Vara, Örbyhus and Karlstad, Sweden. I am able to treat you in Swedish, English, Arabic, Hebrew, German, Spanish and French - though I prefer my native tongue, Swedish.
